Atrium comes from a multi-generational family services business. Lucas Moretti grew up inside it, learning the craft, the discipline, and the way a client should be treated. He took everything he learned and founded Atrium Construction to bring that same standard to high-end residential remodeling in South Florida.
Our strength is the collective experience of the team behind every project: seasoned project management, trusted trade partners, and decades of combined hands-on work in luxury homes. We pair that with clear communication and documented systems that keep every detail on track, so nothing slips through the cracks. You may forget what we built, but you'll never forget how we made you feel: valued, heard, and inspired.
Every home is different, so we hand-pick the architects, designers, and specialists who fit your style, your space, and the way you live. You'll see your home come to life before we break ground.
Open communication, trust, and partnership from start to finish.
Meticulous craftsmanship. Uncompromising quality. Every time.
Whole-home transformations that rethink how your spaces connect, flow, and feel. We take the entire project on, from the first walkthrough to the final punch list, so you live with one team and one point of contact the whole way through.
The kitchen is where your home actually happens. We design and build kitchens that are beautiful to look at and effortless to live in, with custom cabinetry, premium surfaces, and layouts shaped around the way your family cooks, gathers, and entertains.
Spa-level bathrooms built with the precision they demand. From primary suites with freestanding tubs and walk-in showers to refined guest baths, every tile line, fixture, and finish is chosen and installed with care.
More room, done right. New bedrooms, expanded living areas, second-story additions, and extensions that blend seamlessly with your existing home, both in structure and in style, so it feels like it was always meant to be there.
The outside of your home deserves the same attention as the inside. Facade updates, outdoor kitchens, covered patios, and pool-side living spaces designed for the South Florida lifestyle and built to stand up to it.
Great projects are won before the first wall comes down. We bring in the right architects and designers, develop detailed plans and 3D previews, and lock in scope, selections, and schedule so you know exactly what you're getting before we begin.
